BRAXTON CRAVEN BAND PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE YEARS

Braxton Craven has enjoyed a rich history of having fun and challenging band programs that inspire kids to be extraordinary in all they do.

  • Students learn basic performing practices on their instrument as well as time management skills, cooperation, and how to set and achieve goals.
  • Students perform a Winter and Spring concert for the public each year.
  • Students perform at the NC Central District Music Festival and Carowinds Music Festival in Charlotte, NC.
  • Students can be heard performing in churches, retirement homes, and throughout the community all year.
  • Each summer several students attend summer music camps.
